Book #2 Title/Synopsis Reveal!

Happy weekend, everyone! Can you believe there are only 19 days until Christmas? I’m trying to wrap my head around that…

I’m sorry for the total silence on this blog. My daytime role as a copywriter has been intense the past few months (which is a good thing!), and I just have not had the time to chat with you all like I would have liked. But, I’m here now. So let’s chat!

A few weeks ago, I finished my first draft of Book #2 of The Imago Trilogy and it felt GLORIOUS. That would be two entire books that I have penned in 2014. That’s just crazy talk. What’s even crazier is that I loved every second of it. I know now more than ever that I have finally found my true calling in life: being a writer. It’s my job, it’s my hobby, and it’s what I hope to do for the rest of my life.

So, Book #2. It’s written, it’s being edited, and it will be out soon.

Thanks for stopping by!

…You’re still here?

…Oh, you want a title? AND a synopsis? That’s a touch greedy, but fine

Book #2 of The Imago Trilogy is titled The Imaginary and here is a very brief synopsis for you:

After the Seattle case, copycat killers emerge in other cities, taunting the FBI’s BAU team with gruesome bread crumb trails that always seems to end with a silenced suspect and barely any connecting evidence. Ada tries to find her place with the team after the return of their regular analyst, and to keep her boss in the dark about her involvement with the investigation. Sinister notes from the mysterious Sakima continue to surface and the animosity between Ada and James comes to a head. As the team struggles to keep the case alive, a carefully-laid trap separates the group and threatens not just their lives but the future of the entire investigation.

As we come closer to the book’s launch, I will share a few more details of The Imaginary with you. I’m incredibly eager for you all to get your hands on this next chapter in the story. I’ve fallen even more in love with these characters and the story they are telling, and I hope you will walk away from The Imaginary feeling the same way.

The Mirror Stage is available now on AmazonBarnes & Noble, and iBooks.
